Linen-Lyocell Oversized Lapel Jacket

The cuff buttons keep the sleeves from sliding over my hands, and they sit comfortably above my watch. It is a small detail, but I notice it every time I wear the jacket.

I get cold in restaurants, so I like that this jacket is light enough to keep on indoors. It layers comfortably over a thin sweater and still looks neat.

The shorter length works well with my high waist trousers. The belt adds a little shape without feeling tight.

I wore this during a two hour drive and found the shorter length very comfortable. The hem didn’t bunch behind my back, and the relaxed body worked well with the seat belt. It still looked neat when I arrived.

The belt is a little longer than I expected, especially when I wear the jacket loosely. I tuck the extra length through the next belt loop, and it stays in place without hanging too far down. I like having the option to adjust the waist rather than being limited to one fixed shape.

The shorter length works well with my high waist wide leg pants. It ends near the waistband instead of covering the fullest part of the pants, so the outfit stays balanced.
