Refund and reteruns
At LinenStill, we carefully create every piece with quality and care. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help with smooth, fair returns and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
1. Email our customer service team at service@linenstill.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
3. Send your item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. For exchange requests, please contact our team at service@linenstill.com directly for support.
Non-Returnable Items
1. Used, worn, washed, or damaged items
2. Items without original tags or packaging
3. Final sale items and personalized items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve your issue quickly with a replacement or full refund, including all related shipping costs.
Shipping Policy Note
Free standard shipping applies to orders over $99 after discounts; shipping insurance and additional fees are not included.
