Our Materials

Still here, Still loved.

We believe true luxury need not plunder nature—it should be a gentle dialogue with the Earth. From the breath of linen fibers, to the whispers of shell buttons, to the final return of packaging to the soil, every garment is a love letter we write to the planet.

Fabric

Natural Philosophy Worn on Skin

Linen is living plant memory—its fibers breathe like leaves, autonomously regulating moisture. With time, it grows softer with each wash, ultimately degrading gracefully within 12 weeks, fulfilling a pristine pact with the Earth.

Tencel Lyocell-Linen  blends transform sustainable wood pulp into a silk-surpassing "second skin," where forests breathe upon the body. The fabric gains 30% strength when wet—resilient as tidal seaweed—while preserving linen’s natural 0.4% antibacterial properties. Our closed-loop system recovers 99.7% solvents, using just 3m³ water per ton—equivalent to a mature eucalyptus tree’s

Buttons

Miniature Museums of Evolution

We choose coconut buttons and shell buttons for their earth-born, ocean-kissed elegance. Carved from recycled coconut shells and sustainable shell remnants, they require no over-extraction or harmful processing, embracing circularity with every natural texture and unique luster. Gentle on ecosystems and fully biodegradable, these small fastenings are more than finishing touches—they are quiet, wearable promises to protect the planet we call home.

Packaging

A Primer on Material Circulation

The packaging used by Linenstill is made of fully biodegradable plastic bags, which means these bags can completely decompose into water and carbon dioxide. The main raw materials for these fully biodegradable materials come from corn, tapioca, and the like.

These materials are processed into lactic acid, also known as PLA. PLA has good biodegradability. After use, it can be completely decomposed by microorganisms in nature under certain conditions. The final decomposition products are carbon dioxide and water, which do not pollute the environment. This material is very beneficial for environmental protection and is widely recognized as an environmentally friendly material.

To Wear Linenstill is not to choose clothing, but to become the embodied incarnation of nature-symbiotic aesthetics. We discard gimmicks and excess, leaving only the authenticity understood by the Earth—
