Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99 after discounts; shipping insurance and additional fees are not included.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully inspected and prepared before shipment.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
- For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated ship date listed on the product page.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping eligibility is automatically applied when your order meets the minimum amount.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee. Customs clearance times vary and are beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may track its progress using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order is dispatched.
Important Notes
- We cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, we will process a refund for the merchandise value minus any incurred shipping costs.
