Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update, so please don't worry if it doesn't appear right away.

It's normal for tracking updates to pause during international transit, customs clearance, or carrier transfers. Your package may still be moving even when the tracking status hasn't changed. If updates remain unavailable beyond the estimated delivery window, we're happy to help you check.

Some local carriers may arrange delivery to a nearby post office or pickup point. If you receive a collection notice, please follow the instructions and collect your package within the specified period to avoid it being returned.

If you're unable to locate your package, email us at service@linenstill.com, and we'll gladly help investigate. Orders with Shipping Protection may also qualify for a claim.

We're sorry if your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition. Please keep the original packaging and email your order number with clear photos of the damage to service@linenstill.com. We'll review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

If you need to correct your address, please email service@linenstill.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once your package has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Please respond to any delivery or collection notice within the specified period to avoid having your package returned. Refused or unclaimed packages are generally not eligible for refunds under our voluntary refund policy, except where required by law. For added peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection through our third-party partner, XCOTTON, with the fee clearly displayed at checkout. It may cover eligible cases of loss, theft, damage, delays, or misdelivery, subject to its terms.
